Tugari offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. And in addition, you can also pick up your order yourself at our shop if you prefer. On this page, you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

  • We deliver island-wide.
  • In order to ensure you a hassle-free delivery experience, all delivery charges will be specified online and there shall not be any unexpected charges on delivery. Only delight and ease at your doorstep
  • Delivery may take 4-5 business days
  • Given the items are valuable in nature, all orders require a signature upon receipt
  • As we are unable to redirect orders once items have been delivered to the courier, kindly ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address

Exchange or Return of Goods

  • 7 days Exchange - Jewellery items can be exchanged within 7 days upon receipt of the same (for online delivery orders).
  • The right to exchange jewellery can only be exercised when the products are in original condition and have not been used, worn or damaged.
  • For all exchanges to be valid, there must be proof of purchase. This is an integral part of Tugari's exchange policy.
  • Exchanges are only done at showrooms.

REFUND POLICY

  • Cash refunds are not accepted.
  • Custom made jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded.
